Season 7 update!

The brand new season will air on Sunday, October 6th @ 7pm on (you guessed it *wink*) CBC!

Reblog to spread the word!

Season 7 Production: Tweets from the Set

~Hope everyone had a dynamite Victoria Day long weekend. Rod unction has 10 (count ‘em) scenes to shoot today!

~After an interior scene between Amy and Ty in his trailer, filming moves into the ranch house for the rest of the day.

~Father-daughter dances. Do they still have those in school anymore? They do in Hudson. :)

~When you’re in a “house” set, the simplest thing, like running tap water or lighting a fireplace, requires the special effects department.

~Word has it the sheep are upset at not being used for 2 full days. Great… 62 sheep egos to deal with :D

Had a GREAT first week back at Heartland. It was really nice to see all the family. Lots of laughs and stories shared. Still missing some absent faces though.

"It seems that this episode (702) has a mystery about it, and that mystery involves something to do with trucks. #iloveheartland #CBC"

AU Heartland: Amy is the one on probation, part 3

“Am I doing it right?”

“Yeah, looks good.”

“What are you gonna do with him when we get him to the pen?”

“I’m not gonna do anything. I’m gonna watch how you work your magic on him.”

“Yeah right…”

“You’ll start with the basics, just like I’ve taught you.”

“Yeah, but I’ve never done it before.”

“It’s gonna be okay. Just try it.”

“I don’t know what to do. He’s just staring at me.”

“He waits for you to give him a sign.”

“What kind of sign?”

“Show him the way.”

“Okay… — Come on. Move your butt. That way.”

(Ty smiles)

“What…? He actually listened to me?”

“Didn’t I say horses are good at listening?”

Filming has started today for Season 7!!!!

Reblog if you’re excited and can’t wait for the Fall!

“Is the new girl ever gonna come out of her room? I haven’t even met her yet.”

“Ever thought that maybe we keep her safe from you, Mallory?”

“That’s mean. All I’m saying is that she needs to learn the ropes soon. We really need the help here.”

“You mean
we or not you? ‘Cause the last time I checked, you weren’t living here.”

- - -

“What, you play for the horses?”

“Yeah. They like it.”

“They’re horses. They could care less about an art form called guitar playing.”

“So you’re saying my guitar playing is an art form?”

“No… You suck.” (she smiles)

heartlandians:

Amy: Can I just say… one thing about the whole Chase-Blair thing?
Ty: Amy, you’re driving me crazy!
Amy: No, I promise I’ll let it go. It’s just… you know, it’s like you said: I know it wasn’t just Blair who broke us up, it was a bit of Chase too. And I did like him. A little. But, Ty, that’s gonna happen. We are gonna be attracted to other people.
Ty: So what are you saying?
Amy: I don’t know, I guess I’m… I’m just trying to say that we should be - or try to be - a little more understanding. ‘Cause we’re not perfect, we never will be. No one is.
Ty: Speak for yourself… (he laughs)
Amy: Yeah right… (she smiles)
